Freeholder, Frank Sutton Frank is a retired union plumber and active volunteer with the Cardiff Volunteer Fire Department. He is also a veteran of the US Air Force. Frank serves on the township’s Emergency Management Council and is responsible for the township’s first response to disasters. He currently serves on the Atlantic County Freeholder.   Frank is keenly interested in being a true public servant in the old fashioned way. When his constituents contact him with a concern or problem he always makes sure he tries to solve the problem and get back to them as fast as possible.   Frank lives in the Cardiff section of the Township. He is married with three adult sons.
